Realtor HOA Networking

Currently we are teaching a CE (Continuing Education) Course: Solar Panel CMA & Green Energy Marketing at local Realtor Associations.  After taking the course, we offer a "free" follow up course to help Realtors teach at the HOA level how the solar panels are transferred when selling, how to market the solar panels, how to value the solar panels.  The knowledge is very valuable as the public does not understand if the solar system can be used towards the value of the home or not depending upon the financing.   After taking the CE course and the follow up HOA Networking course, you will receive an USB with a PowerPoint Presentations from course materials to use and teach.  

Realtors do care that the public is not getting a fair shake by some in the Solar Industry for misleading information and non disclosures on financial information.  Realtors are already dealing with the fall out from the deceptive solar sales when listing a home with solar.  Knowledgeable Realtors may find they have to educate all parties in the transaction so having experience and knowledge makes all the difference in the world. 
 
There is no better feeling than to teach knowledge that will empower the public.  Please ask your Association if they are offering this course "Solar Panel CMA & Green Energy Marketing so you may attend.  You will receive a diploma after the course that you can use to acquire home listings with solar systems or teach at HOA events.  It does help if you are a solar customer, but even Realtors who attended the course appreciate they acquired partial knowledge buying a solar system from their installer.  The installer has limited information.

We are on the same page of finding others that feel compelled for truthful business dealings. Even if you want to just help your family, friends or neighbors so they don't end up like some listed in the Better Business Bureau's website with complaints or posting a bad Google review trying to get a resolve. You can help them in a way that saves them from the deceptions and saves them money.
